Aloha aloha!!
Did anyone noticed the skies lately? Recently on most of the days we get really beautiful sunset skies! Sometimes the sun set are fiery orangey red in color like as though somewhere far up there’s a huuuuuge fire monster eating away all the clouds and buildings. Then sometimes we also get to see the sweetie pink and purple skies as though we’re all brought into another dimension – a virtual cartoon world where the clouds are all made up of colourful cotton candy floss.
But the thing is, I noticed, beautiful sunset skies don’t happen whenever I’m sitting at Raymond’s work desk, using his work station. -_____-”
Oh well, it’s all dark and comfy here now as I’m happily typing this away. We have Cowan and Pamela sitting at my workstation looking through the conceptualised pre-wedding photographs that we took for them in New Zealand. It’s actually quite memorable… and you guys should see the photos taken. Hahahahaha!! Can’t wait to share once they are ready. And my goodness they really brought us a loooot of sinful snacks!! Crispy seaweed, Hello Panda, and other chocolates!!!! The chocolate monster is so gonna expand her waistline and prolly need to make a shopping trip to get new jeans already. 😛
Anyway chocolates and shopping aside, today I’m gonna share some images from Eileen and TP’s actual day wedding, with the wedding dinner banquet held at St Regis.
Two years ago when we were still at SOHO, it was really, really convenient for us to meet up with Eileen cos her workplace was located within the same building as our studio!
First impression – Eileen has a set of really, really, white + clean + neat pearlie whites!!
I think most people are scared of dentists, somehow or rather at some point in their lives. For me, dentists are evil monsters, and a visit to the dental clinic has always been a big nightmare to me. That’s only because I was traumatised by my Primary School dentist. Sigh… let’s not go into that, but all I can say is my Primary School dentist was the very person who made me feel so inferior and bad about myself.
Eileen is a dentist, and I tell you she’s like the total opposite! If my Primary School dentist is the Devil, then Eileen is the Angel!! 😀
Here’s the groom getting ready. We call him by his initial – TP. Both TP and Eileen were great hosts to us when they flew us over to Subang to do a conceptualised pre-wedding photoshoot for them. If you remember the Lamborghini and Ferrari crashing photo, they are the very couple featured in the shot.
For those who have no idea which image I’m talking about, check out HERE and scroll all the way to the bottom. 🙂
Eileen’s elegant hand bouquet. 🙂
The overall view of their wedding banquet ballroom in St Regis Singapore. If you’re looking for a ballroom without pillars, here’s one for your consideration. 🙂
AH! There you go, one of the conceptualised pre-wedding image we shot for them in Sepang Circuit.
Checking through every drinking glasses carefully to make sure there’s no fingerprint markings. O_O”!
AND GUESS WHAT! Here’s LESTER!! When he was still with his previous photography company before joining us!! Raymond kept telling couples how impressed he was with Lester when he saw Lester at various wedding shoots. His auntie killer genuine smile, his hardworking drive, his earnest attitude and warmth just draws Raymond to him. He speaks so highly of Lester that I think if Lester was a girl, Raymond would have married him instead already. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!
That’s TP with his cheeky smile just before the march in. I love it when grooms enjoy the wedding day as much as the bride. 🙂
That’s the all entertaining and professional Emcee/Compere for their wedding dinner – Charissa Seet!
Here’s one super duper happy groom attempting to feed his beloved bride with the crispiest piece of roast pork.
Always a good idea to engage a live band/wedding singers for intimate weddings. Personally I wouldn’t recommend that for biiiiiig weddings though.
I placed these two images together cos I thought it looked quite nice together side by side. These are actually shots taken at different tables, but when put together it looks like the guy is looking at the group of girls who are enjoying a good conversation.
Minglings and more minglings! Most of the lady guests were game enough to stick by the theme and wore fascinators! Oh! If you’re looking for beautiful, unique custom handmade accessories such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hairpiece, hair accessories, birdcage / fascinators etc, do look for Helan from Gioielli Bridal Accessories!! She’s freaking good and talented, and I love every single piece that came out from her magic hands!! She also does Crystal Hand Bouquets, so if you prefer something different and lasting other than real flowers for your hand bouquet, can look for her too! 😀
“Watch your back”. 😛
Another shot of Lester with his auntie killer smile. Tsk.
Champagne pouring time!! I chose this picture to show the size of the cake in relativity. HAHAHAHA! I wonder whether will I be able to finish eating that 8 tier cake all alone by myself!! 8 tier is really no joke!
I love real wedding cakes and I’m constantly eyeing on gorgeous creations by chef Cheryl Shuen! Real wedding cakes are so costly but that’s because it takes a lot of work and effort to craft them. From the sponge to the cream to make sure the texture of the sponge and cream goes well together, down to the brainwork of conceptualising the cake design, and then the final touches crafting the little details altogether.
But if a real wedding cake is out of your budget and you don’t fancy any of the dummy cakes offered by the hotel, you can also google online for people who does customised dummy cakes. 🙂
I wasn’t there at the wedding to listen to TP and Eileen’s wedding speech, and I don’t know why she threw her fist in the air. She didn’t only did it once, but at least twice. HAHAHA! Guess it must be something quite funny to have tickled TP so much. 🙂
So they had some pretty entertaining games going on, and poor friends were “sabo-ed” to go on stage.
Thank goodness for spontaneous friends. Teeheeheehee…
Ooohhh dessert candy bar!!!!
Told you TP was one of the happiest groom I’ve ever seen… on the wedding day. 😛
Okie Eileen was also super high and happy that night. 😛
I don’t see a lot of drinking at their wedding (I mean look at their glasses), but it’s good that the folks don’t need alcohol to party and be happy!!
Send off reception.
Look at the baby’s face. I think Baby no like feather…
Ok, baby really no like feather. Wahahahahaha!!
Okie dokies, gotta attend to the emails already. I’ll try to share more and get Lester to say hello here someday real soon.
Hope you guys enjoyed this series too!! 😀
Love,
Angeline
